Website privacy statement
This statement is about the website app.amumin.com: what we process when you visit the site or e-mail us, why, for how long, and what your rights are. The app itself, at amumin.app, has its own privacy statement; you can find it in the app.
Who is responsible
AMUMIN B.V. is responsible (the controller) for what happens to your data on this website.

No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, social media buttons or fonts from other parties. We build no profiles and make no decisions about you by computer alone.
Server log
With every visit our web server keeps a technical log, even if you don’t click anything.
- What data
- For each request only: your IP address, the time, the page requested (address and type of request) and our answer (status code, size and duration). Nothing about your browser, device or language, no referring page and no cookies.
- Why
- Keeping the website secure and available: finding and stopping faults and abuse, such as attacks. We use it for nothing else.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest: the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this.
- How long
- 14 days. After that the log is deleted automatically.
- Who else sees it
- Only us (AMUMIN B.V.); the log is kept on our own servers in the Netherlands.
If you e-mail us
The sign-up button sends us an e-mail from your own e-mail program. You decide what goes in it. You can also e-mail us a question.
- What data
- Your e-mail address, your name if it’s in your e-mail, and what you write to us, such as the type of household, how many people, which tablet and which language.
- Why
- Handling your sign-up for the test, keeping in touch about the test phase, and answering your questions.
- Legal basis
- For your sign-up: your request to take part in the test (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For a separate question: our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long
- Until 12 months after the end of the test phase. If you ask us to delete your e-mail sooner, we will.
- Who else sees it
- Our e-mail runs on Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Microsoft stores the e-mail for us as a processor, under a data processing agreement. Microsoft may also process data outside the European Economic Area; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply to that.
You don’t have to e-mail us. Without an e-mail we just can’t sign you up for the test.
Please don’t send us anything about faith or health; we don’t need it.
How the website reaches you
The website runs on our own servers in the Netherlands; there is no hosting company in between. Traffic is encrypted (https) and travels over our KPN internet connection, and the domain name is registered through TransIP. They can’t see what you look at on the website, and we don’t give them any visitor data.
Your rights
You have these rights over your own data:
- to see what data we hold about you;
- to have it corrected or deleted;
- to have its use restricted;
- to get your e-mail back in an ordinary file (portability);
- to object to the server log or to our answering a question (legitimate interest).
E-mail info@amumin.com; we reply within one month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We’d rather hear it from you first, so we can sort it out together.
If this statement changes
If we change this statement, the date below changes too. If you have already e-mailed us and something changes that affects you, we’ll let you know.
